A tried-and-true known apparel brand, this shirt gets our recommendation for those interested in supporting American manufacturing. 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 32 singles, 4.2 oz (ash grey contains 1% polyester). Cotton doesn't get any softer!

Recycled T-Shirts and Sweatshirts by District
Waste is a big issue in the apparel industry both on the customer side and in manufacturing. This line-up of t-shirts and sweatshirts is a excellent idea we'd love to see more of! Let's both support the conservation and recycling of our products and resources.
The Re-Fleece sweatshirts and Re-Tee shirts by District are made entirely of reclaimed scrap fabric. High quality, 100% reclaimed materials, never re-dyed. 60% recycled cotton/40% recycled polyester. Sweatshirts are a heavier 8.1oz with bold, natural color drawstrings on hood.
This line is also C-Free certified: They reduce the product’s impact by switching to at least 50% preferred materials, and neutralize the total carbon footprint of each product in the C-FREE program (from the product’s initial raw materials to its end-of-life—through Carbonfree® certification). This certification purchases third-party, verified carbon offsets through Carbonfund (CarbonFund.org).
We find the line to be a thicker, boxier, more masculine cut and recommend including the women's options for staff outfitting.
