Custom Team Apparel
We do custom apparel printing and embroidery for teams, and we do them fast! Normal production time is 1-2 weeks after art approval and prepayment, but we understand registrations often come in late, we do our best to accomodate rushes and add-ons when ever possible. Helpful to contact us ahead of time, we can sometimes reserve space in our schedule even if you are still waiting on those last minute registrations!
In house production means faster, more accurate orders.

High Quality CMYK 4 Color Process T-Shirt Printing
This is a unique process that allows for "full color" artwork for screen-printing using CMYK separations (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). Works best on white garments. Light grey or natural off-white colors may be possible, however you will notice a color shift in the print. Because of the set-up time involved with this method of printing higher minimums may apply. Excellent method for photographic style artwork and pride rainbow designs. Not recommended for corporate logos or precise color matching.
How Much Do Custom T-Shirts Cost?
Urban Earth Graphics offers bulk apparel discounts for larger screen-printing orders as well as tons of eco-friendly and higher quality t-shirt options! Screen-printing is one of the most economical means of customizing large quantities of shirts quickly, often with a softerhand and better durability that other alternative methods.

Custom T-Shirt Printing FAQ
How long does a t-shirt order take?
Our average production time takes 1-2 weeks after art approval and deposit. To expedite an order, have your details ready to go! We'll need artwork (clean vector preferred), sizes, quantities, styles to proceed.
Can you print just one shirt?
No. Because of the set up time involved with screen-printing, we recommend larger orders of 24 or more total shirts per design. For more information, check out our T-Shirt Quote Calculator.
How many colors are in my logo?
Email us your logo and we can give you a recommendation on how to best reduce the number of colors for an effective screen-print.
Can you screen-print on polyester tees?
Yes - usually. Some brands print better than others. We highly recommend buying performance wear through us rathen than sourcing them online. We use higher quality brands that have proven "bleed resistance" resulting in a much better looking, more durable print!
Can you print on shirts I provide?
Maybe. We would need to see the shirt and cannot garauntee the print quality of untested brands. Please source polyester or performance wear through us. Although it is a rare occurance, if by chance any customer supplied garment is damaged in production we cannot replace it.
Can you print red ink on a black tee?
I got this question once and though it was odd - of course we can print just about any color on a black or dark shirt! We take additional steps to ensure a crisp, opaque print usually by adding a white underbase layer or dye-blocking layer beneath the final print at no additional charge.
What is the difference between screen-printing and embroidery?
Without getting too indepth, screen-printing is a decoration method where ink is squeegeed through high tech screen onto the garment. Each color in the design is created using a separate screen, making it a more expensive method for multi-color design, but and excellent means to creating custom shirts quickly for larger quantity orders.
